Please use our extensive service offer for visitors, scholars and the media. Germany′s oldest film museum in the "Marstall" (the royal stables of the former City Palace) offers, apart from the permanent exhibition on the history of the Babelsberg Studios, attractive travelling exhibitions. Our cinema shows highlights from international film art as well as silent films accompanied on the Welte Cinema Organ. Treasures from almost 100 years of Babelsberg history can be discovered in the museum′s collections.
A representative part of the film and cinema technology collection is open for visits on appointment.
